This skin is based on the new Windows 7 and Windows Vista, but it is a lot different from both of them in the most parts, I just tried to give it the style I wanted.
It works fine with Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.
I think this skins are very cool like it a lot thanks guys and grlz !

Wedus Your desktop should look exactly the same as the preview above, if not maybe it insufficient memory problem or graphics card problem or hundreds of other reasons...

There is no change after I restart my computer. The transparent window border is OK. Only I don't know how to capture it. Thanks for the answer anyway.
